Arriving on Friday? Please feel free to join us for the hotel cocktail hour on Friday evening from 5 to 7 p.m. and then join us in Garcia‟s Restaurant at 7 p.m. for a meet and greet dinner with the Conference Speakers.

The Grand Ballroom will be transformed into a Mayan Wedding Chapel.Shaman Miguel Angel Vergara Calleros will officiate. All of the Crystal Skulls will be present.
Crystal Singing bowls will be used to balance the room. Lia Scallon, Leigh Ann Philips, Kiriel Solene will provide the music.
